Lentil soup with parsnips, leeks and carrots in a mirin, tamari and sea salt broth.
Fried brown rice and veggies (carrots, celery, onion) with tempeh, ginger, garlic and shoyu.
Raisins and almonds.
Gravy made with thickened drippings, spices, and vermouth. Served at 2am.
Soup. Kamut udon noodles, cubed tofu, white onion, green onion, ginger and garlic in a yellow miso/tamari broth.
Chickpea salad with radish, celery, red onion and nori.
Dressing. Pureed tofu, umeboshi paste, mirin and garlic.
Millet/rice cake and avocado.
Salad. Sunflower sprouts, cucumber, carrot, radish, and celery.
Salad dressing. Homemade. Umeboshi plum vinegar, brown rice vinegar, sesame oil, raw garlic, green onion.
Soba noodles, fried with garlic, red onion, ginger, tamari, and sesame oil.
Tofu, marinated and baked in mirin, sesame oil and tamari.
Beet horseradish.
