Salad dressing. Homemade. Umeboshi plum vinegar, brown rice vinegar, sesame oil, raw garlic, green onion.

Soba noodles, fried with garlic, red onion, ginger, tamari, and sesame oil.

Tofu, marinated and baked in mirin, sesame oil and tamari.

Beet horseradish.
